Department of Mathematics has organized a webinar on 31.10.2020. Webinar started with prayer by Ms.V.Priskala of III BSc Maths CA. Ms.G. Vasunthara Devi of II BSc Maths CA welcomed the gathering. Dr. K. Reena, Assistant Professor introduced the Resource Person.
Mr.R.Suresh Kannan, Guest Lecture in Mathematics, Madurai Kamaraj University was the Resource Person. In his speech he insisted the importance of Mathematics and explained various applications of Mathematics behind todays technology in an easy way with many real-life examples. All the students were inspired by his talk. Ms. Murshida sherin of III B.Sc Maths CA , proposed the vote of thanks.
Outcome of the event:
Students learn concepts of how mathematics used in Google and in various technologies.
