The Department of IT & CT conducted a Webinar on “IT Entrepreneur” on 30.9.20 through google meet for IT & CT students. Mr. Dinesh. A, Software Developer, Hack Over Security Teams, Coimbatore was the resource person. The objective was to make him interact with the students and give ideas of how to start a new business, getting up the goals and reaching to the final destination. He said that a young entrepreneur should be motivated to come out with determination to do something of their own. He explained about what actually an entrepreneur is, present scenario of an entrepreneur, how to shape out the new idea of innovation to undertake new business, factors affecting to a new entrepreneur and motivational factor of an entrepreneur.
Outcome of the Event:
The event was informative and the upcoming entrepreneurs were motivated to start up a new business with many innovative ideas. The resource person showcased his products that the inspired the gathering. Queries were raised by students on when did the entrepreneur get the idea to do business in this particular field, Initial Stage of his life, how about his educational journey, what processes him to do business, what is his speciality about his business, Close competitors of his business. The resource person answered to their queries and motivated the audience by a famous slogan said by Steve Jobs
