The Department of Visual Communication organized an Online Webinar on “Impact of Visual Effects in Media and Entertainment Industry” on 02.12. 2020 for visual communication students. Mr.Sridharraj.G, Head & Asst. Professor, Department of Visual Communication welcomed the resource person Mr.Stalin, Center Head, MAAC, Coimbatore, Dr. B. Anirudhan, Prinicipal, NASC and the students. The Students of Visual Communication attended the session in the online platform. The resource person gave a brief introduction about visual effects. He explained about the various tools and techniques used in visual effects industry in film, gaming and media. Students interacted with the resource person and cleared doubts regarding the VFX industry. Mr. Sankaranarayanan. K. B, Asst Professor, Department of Visual Communication proposed vote of thanks.

The students were able to understand more deep knowledge about Visual Effcts Industry. Various Job Opportunities in this industry was also explained by the resource person to the students.
