The Department of Visual Communication organized an Online Workshop on “You to You tuber” on 24.02.2021. Mr.Sridharraj.G, Head & Asst. Professor, Department of Visual Communication welcomed the resource person and the participants. There were about 30 external registrations for the workshop. The resource person Ms. Pratheeksh, Award Winning Short Film Maker gave a brief introduction about herself and how she got into making short films .She explained the importance of scripting for short films and the importance of discussions with the crew. She also sketched the troubles she faced as a girl while going for shooting and also motivated and asked all the girl students to come up and mark their presence in the film & media industry. Students also cleared many doubts regarding short films. Mr. Sankaranarayanan K. B, Asst Professor, Department of Visual Communication proposed vote of thanks.
