The Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organized Staff Refresher Programme on “Advances in Yarn Spinning”on 13.06.2023 to 17.06.2023 (Two days per faculty) for 5 Members of Faculty in New Star Printer, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu – 641 602. The program discussed tips for improvement, in spinning quality control procedures, monitoring the production process, creating a quality assurance team, conducting regular audits, implementing a quality control system, using the right equipment, training employees, using automated testing, and providing feedback to suppliers.
Outcome of the Event: All the Members of Faculty gained practical knowledge on importance of quality control in spinning and to provide customers with the best quality garments.
