The School of Computational Sciences, Department of Computer Applications organized a skill development programme “UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL” on 01.03.2024. Mr. Thirumoorthi, Department of Management Studies, Nehru Institute of Technology was the resource person. He outlined the process of unlocking potential, emphasizing the importance of identifying and confronting self-imposed barriers such as limitations, fears, and doubts that could obstruct personal growth and advancement. This endeavor entails nurturing self-awareness, building resilience, and being open to stepping beyond one’s comfort zones in the quest for growth and fulfilment. The journey typically encompasses embracing challenges, extracting valuable lessons from failures, and embracing a commitment to ongoing improvement.
