Skill development in Food Safety, Food Microbiology Techniques

The Department of Microbiology along with Biotechnology and Food Science and Nutrition had planned to conduct a Value added course as it is mandatory for the students which needs to be completed as per their curriculum.

        In this regard, orientation for the Value-added course on Skill development in Food Safety, Food Microbiology Techniques, HACCP implementation and Auditing was conducted by  Uyir Tech International, Sattur Tamil Nadu to the III B.Sc., Microbiology Students on 3/10/2023 to 9/10/2023 by Mr. Dharani Balan. Chief Executive Officer. Uyir Tech International, Sattur Tamil Nadu. The importance of learning Skill development in Food Safety, Food Microbiology Techniques and scope of employment opportunity was explained to the students along with the training schedule. All the students were willing to join the Add-on program
