The Department of Mathematics organized an Invited Talk in view of National Mathematics Day. The resource person delivered a lecture on the topic “Ramanujan Number and its Applications in Mathematics”. In her talk, she shared the history of The Great Indian Mathematician Ramanujan and his passion towards Mathematics in specific Number theory. It was very interesting to know about his findings on numbers. This event stimulates the minds of participants.
Outcome of the event:
The talk gave insight into how permutation and combinations are used in real life problems.
