National Level Students Symposium – 2022: El-Alimento” (Nourishment through Food)

National Level Students Symposium – 2022 “El-Alimento” (Nourishment through Food) was organized by Department of Food Science and Nutrition on 20.05.2022. Thiru. K. Kanna, Vice Chairman, Indian Dairy Association, Tamil Nadu Chapter, Chennai was the resource person and explained about importance of dairy nutrition intake in day-to-day life. Poster, Rhinestone, quiz, smokeless cooking competition conducted for intra and inter college students. More than 100 students participated in this technical session and competition.

Outcome of the Event: The students participated in all the events and shared their knowledge among the participants, they gained the knowledge on the recent trends and developments on the milk processing industries.
