Dr. K.Mythili Gnanapriya, Controller of Examination welcome everyone and our Principal Dr.B.Anirudhan addressed the gathering. Our chief guest Mr.Giftson Santhosh encouraged the students by explaining job opportunities to the students. Various websites related to higher studies were also discussed. Students interacted and clarified their doubts.
Outcome of the event:
Students learn about the job opportunities in Mathematics and few positive responses we got from 12th students regarding admission.
Our Department has organised an Webinar on the topic “ Queueing Strategy-An Overview” for all UG students on13thof May. The Resource Person is Dr.K.Julia Rose Mary, Associate Professor, Nirmala College for Women. There are 50 beneficiaries and e- certificates were provided for all the participants.
Our department has organized alumni guest lecture for 50 students of II UG and III UG on 14th February 2020. Ms. Vidhya , program developer, Wipro Chennai was the resource person.
Our department had undergone an extension activity on the topic“Puzzles and tricks in multiplication” at Government Higher Secondary School,Pichanur,Coimbatore on 13-02-2020.

Our Department IV was on 6-02-2019 to 09-02-2020 with 30 students accompanied with two staffs Ms S. Ruth Kethsial & Mr.Tony Diwhahar. Industrial visit include various places of Vaghaman, Allappe and Cochin etc.
