The School of Lifesciences, Department of Microbiology, conducted an invited lecture entitled
“Insights of Dairy Technology”
in the afternoon of March 7, 2024.
Dr. M. Thangavel, Dean & Head- SoLS, the program’s convenor, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Suresh. B, Assistant Professor in the Microbiology Division of the JSS AHER School of Lifesciences Otty was the resource person. He discussed the value of microbiological methods in the dairy industries with the students. He went into great detail on the physical, chemical, and biological hazards that arise with processing milk. A total of 60 students are benefited.
