The Department of Visual Communication at the School of Creative Sciences organised One-Day Film Appreciation Workshop in collaboration with BIFA (Birsamunda International Film Awards) on June 10, 2024. Distinguished filmmakers from various corners of the globe engaged with students via Skype sessions. The workshop featured a screening of the acclaimed Tamil movie “Koozhankal,” followed by an insightful discussion with its director, Mr.P.S. Vinodhraj. Additionally, Mr. Selvaram , Film Director and BIFA Jury provided valuable insights into film festivals and the process of submitting films for international awards.
