The PG & Research Department of Social Work, Nehru Arts and Science College celebrated World Social Work Day 2021 on 16.03.2021. As a part of this the department honoured 09 social welfare organizations in and around Coimbatore. Directors and Representatives from different organizations were participated the award ceremony and received a memento and a certificate. Dr. Thanuja Thomas, Head, Dept of Social Work welcomed the gathering. Shri S. P. Anbarasan, Chairman, Nallaram Trust and Amma IAS Academy was the chief guest and distributed the awards. Dr. P. Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary offered presidential address. Dr. B. Anirudhan, Principal felicitated the gathering. There was also a feedback session in which representatives from different organizations shared their feedbacks. Dr. P. Nathiya Asso.Prof thanked everyone.
