The Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organized an Extension
Activity “Workshop On Fashion Sketching and fashion shading ” for 8th & 9 th Grade students of Kovilpalayam Govt Hr. Sec. School, Pollachi, Tamilnadu , on 12.03.2024 ,10.00am- 03.33pm. Our member, Faculty D. Suryaprabha (Assistant Professor) and students, Harini,Rithayasri, I CDF, taught about the Basic Shadings and its types. Students applied the taught designs in their Dresses.
Outcome of the Event:
The participants gained insights about different Shading Techniques used in their own Garments.
