Workshop on “Craft Baking” had been organised by Department of Food Science and Nutrition for the students of II M. Sc Food Science and Nutrition. Chef. Sathish Kumar, Department of Catering Science and Hotel management, School of Arts and Creative Science, Nehru Arts and Science College was the resource person. About 25 students were participated in the workshop and received the hands-on training on the art of baking.
