School of Management organized a Refresher Program on “Unlocking Academic Success: Mastering Research Paper Writing and Funding Proposal” on 29.06.2024 C- Block, Seminar Hall. Dr. V. Krishnamoorthy, Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai was the resource person. He discusses methodologies for conducting thorough literature reviews, organizing research findings, and crafting well-structured arguments. Strategies for overcoming common pitfalls such as plagiarism and data misinterpretation are also highlighted.

Faculty members learned to define clear research objectives, outline methodologies, and prepare compelling narratives that align with funding agency priorities. Practical exercises and case studies helped participants understand the nuances of successful proposal writing and develop realistic project budgets.
