On February 9, 2023, students from the I B.A. in Criminology and I B.Sc. in Forensic Science visited the Tamil Nadu Police Museum with the assistance of two faculty members from each department. The museum officer in charge gave information about the history of the Tamil Nadu police and revealed historical information about the weapons on display. As part of the curriculum, students participated in an interactive session with police officers.
OUTCOME OF THE EVENT:
The police Museum, which displays the might and authority of our state as well as the contributions that our ancestor’s police officers made to us. The students were made aware of history of the Tamil Nadu Police and the services which they provided for our Nation.
