Orientation Program “Active Lifestyle for Women”

The Department of IoT and AI& ML organized an Orientation Program “Active Lifestyle for Women” on 13.08.2024 at 2pm for all the girl students of the School of Computational Sciences. 75 students were participated in the program. The resource person shared her insights on adopting healthy habits, benefits physical health, but also mental and emotional health was oriented to the students. Living a healthy lifestyle is essential for the well-being and quality of life for girls at all stages of life were the key takeaways of the of the program. The aim was to promote an active lifestyle for women is to empower them to lead healthier, happier lives by integrating regular physical activity into their daily routine. Outcome of the event The students acknowledged to lead a healthy lifestyle with physical fitness, mental well-being, weight management, energy levels, social interaction, and enhance overall quality of life.
