The Department of DCFS organized a Program on “Orientation for Add-On Course on Disk Forensics” for the II B.Sc. DCFS students on 19.08.2024. Mr. Rejivasanth, Chairman, Mibiz Knowledge Park, Trivandrum is the resource person. The Add-On Course on Disk Forensics is designed to enhance the understanding and skills in digital forensic analysis. It covers essential techniques for examining and recovering data from various types of storage media, including hard drives and solid- state drives. The students came to know about the latest tools and methodologies used in the field, including evidence acquisition, data carving, and file system analysis.
