As part of anti-ragging awareness week, an orientation event against ragging was arranged for II and III B.A. Criminology students on June 20, 2024. The students received orientation on anti-ragging and understanding of the dangers and consequences of ragging acts from Dr. Aslam Moideen, Head of the Department of Criminology. Students received clear instruction on “Ragging is an Offense.” The measures our Indian government has taken to safeguard the students from ragging were explained to the students. They were also compelled to download the Anti-Ragging commitment from the official government website (www.antiragging.in).
