The Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organised a Free online Certificate Course on “DIY MASK MAKING” for 12th Students on 27.7.2021 for 10 External Participants (+2 students). M.Nandhini , Assistant Professor, Department of CDF, Nehru Arts and Science College, acted as the Resource person. The workshop highlighted on the Mask Making. She demonstrated the method of cutting, patterning and stitching of cloth masks. In addition, elastic was inserted and stitched into mask.
Outcome
The participants gained insights on mask making at home using cloth.
