School of Management, Nehru Arts and Science College has organized Summer Camp 2024 -“Leadership Skills”. It was carried out at A Block Seminar Hall on 02nd May 2024 to 04rth May 2024 especially for current Higher Secondary results awaiting students. The main objective behind this Summer Camp was to teach students about leadership skills, handling failures, risk management, team building activities and its importance with Management stream. This session provided an exposure to students about the Campus and its facilities. They also provide a good opportunity to gain knowledge about leadership skills, outbound training, communication skills, handling failure in life and business, aeronautical college Academy Visit…..etc.
Outcome of the Event:
The session was very informative. It was a great opportunity for the students to enrich their skill leadership and risk management. They got input on how to handle failure and the need for leadership skills and essential risk taking in both life and business.
