As part of the Certificate Course on Dairy Technology Industrial visit was planned to ABT Industries, Pollachi on 17.02.2023. The processing of milk, butter and ghee was elaborated to the students.
Outcome of the event: The students were exposed to processing units and processing of milk and milk products.
