Freshers’ Day was organized by Nehru Arts and Science College on June 24, 2024, at 10:30 am.
Freshers were warmly welcomed by the Management, all the members of the faculty, and senior
students. Dr. B. Anirudhan, Principal of Nehru Arts and Science College, welcomed the
gathering. Dr. P. Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary of NGI, greeted the students and extended a
hearty welcome to the freshers. The Chief Guest, Mr. Udaya Sankar, National Lead at
NASSCOM, addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of setting goals and working
towards achieving their ambitions. Mr. Shaik Aleem Ur Rahaman encouraged the students to
cultivate a love for learning and strive to achieve their goals. Dr. N. Kavitha, the convener of the
program, delivered the vote of thanks.
Outcome of the Event:
The students were gained the insights if the functioning of the institution and were given a
platform to set their goals.
