The Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organised an 2 days Free Online Training on “Painting” from 28.07.2021 to 29.07.2021for 10 Participants (External participants) and Dr.S.Jayapriya, HoD of CDF & C. Anisha, Assistant Professor of CDF, NASC acted as Resource persons. The workshop demonstrated art created by the tribes using geometric shapes like circles, triangles and squares to convey stories and messages about the Warli way of life. It also demonstrated tribal art form, Gond painting created with dots and dashes.

The interactive session provided the students new skills in painting and confident to apply them in their own work..
