Extension activity program on “Mobile Security Awareness”

School of Computational Sciences, the Department of Computer Applications organized an extension activity program on “Mobile Security Awareness” on 15.08.2024 for the members of Magalir Suya Udhavi Kuzhu of Rottigoundenur Village at Shefisaram Convent, Rottigoundenur. Dr. Raynukaazhakarsamy, AP (SG-I), Department of Computer Applications, Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, explained about the threats and hacking that affects our mobile and how to safeguard the data. Also, explained them about the recovering steps to be followed in case of theft. They participated actively and very eager to clarify their doubts. Our department students shown them live demo about the mobile security. The session was very much interactive and this event helped those women to gain knowledge in mobile security and created awareness about the hacking threats and safeguard their data.
