Five days Executive Development Programme on EK Bharath Uchh Shiksha was organized by IQAC of Nehru Arts and Science College from 23.11.20 – 28.11.2020 via Google Meet. The Institutions of Higher Education in India are in need of infusion of quality and clarity on the approach of building world class Educational Institutions and that is the reason for the conduct of this Five days EDP. Dr.Prathiba Jolly, Academic Consultant, NAAC, Inaugurated the EDP and highlighted about 21 st Century and Exponential Change: Reimagining the World of Work and Education. Dr.K.S.Chandrasekar, Professor and Dean, Institute of Management, University of Kerala, Trivandrum elaborated on National Educational Policy – Higher Education Perspective, on the second Day. Dr.P. Baba Ganakumar, Director, KJC Centre for Consultancy & Corporate Training, Kistu Jayanthi College, Bangalore, resourced on OBE – Rubrics and Question Paper Setting. Dr.B.Anirudhan, Principal, Nehru Arts and Science College, stressed the importance of Hybrid Education on the fourth day. Dr. Ponmudiraj, Advisor, NAAC in his valedictory address stressed about the importance of Accreditation.
