The Department of Food Science and Nutrition has organised an Expert Talk on
APPLICATIONS OF FREEZING METHODS IN FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES
on 12.02.2024 from 10.00 AM onwards
at AIII-51, A-block, NASC, T.M.Palayam, Coimbatore.

Dr.P.Hema Prabha, Associate Professor from the Department of Food Processing Engineering, Avinashilingam Institute of Hom Science and Higher Education for Women acted as the Resource Person. She enlightened the students on advancement in different food processing industries. 41 students of I M.Sc Food Science and Nutrition were benefitted from the programme.
