Staff Refresher Programme

The Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organized Staff Refresher Programme on “Developments in Spinning” on 10.09.2024 for 5 Members of Faculty in Manthiragiri Textiles, Senjerimalai. The program covered suggestions for enhancing quality control procedures, production process monitoring, forming a team for quality assurance, carrying out routine audits, putting in place a quality control system, employing the appropriate tools, employee training, automated testing, and supplier feedback.

Outcome of the Event: All the faculty member received hands-on training on the value of quality control in spinning and how to give clients the highest calibre clothing.
