The School of Creative Sciences’ Department of Visual Communication organised the inauguration of its department association “BRILLANTES” at Nehru Cinema. Dr. Paul T. Benziker, the Department Head, extended a warm welcome to the attendees in his inaugural address. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. B. Anirudhan, Principal of NASC. The event featured Mr. Francis Joseph Jeera, the acclaimed film director of “Tha ThavalaiudaTha,” who officially launched the association. Mr. Jeera shared valuable insights on international film festivals and the creation of children’s filmsDuring the interactive session, students actively engaged and clarified their queries related to filmmaking. Dr. S. Jayapriya, Dean of the School of Creative Sciences, offered the felicitation, and Ms. Rathina S., the Department Association Chairman, concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
