The School of Commerce organizes a one-day refresher program with the aim of updating and motivating the staff. The main purpose of this event is to increase the thinking capacity of teachers in delivering the content knowledge as well as handling the students in a harmonious way. The program included an interactive session and participants enjoyed a relaxing break. The refresher program helped to improve the overall performance of the employees, resulting in increased productivity, better performance and effectiveness towards the organization’s goals. This session helped faculty members to understand each other among team members, increasing cooperation and communication. It also helped them in development and led to increased levels of satisfaction and expertise in handling the students.
