The Department organized an Industrial Visit for II and III UG and II PG students to Milma Dairy,Palakkad on 19 th to 21 st August,2024 for each class respectively as a one day IV Programme. Two faculties of the Microbiology and Quality Testing have explained the working of the Dairy plant in detail including the milk bulk transportation, Storage, Culturing, Sterilization and Production of various dairy products from milk.The students witnessed the working of the different units of the dairy unit. A total of 131 Student’s obtained great learning, enriching experience and acquired knowledge about the different units of the Centre.
