An International Conference Seminar on
Current Trends in Advanced Techniques in Biological Sciences (C TAB-2024)
was jointly organized by the School of Lifesciences Department of Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science & Nutrition and Forensic Science.
It was held on February 1st and 2nd, 2024, at Netaji Hall, NIET. Dr. M. Saraswathy, the Principal in charge, welcomed everyone. Prof. Tewin Tencomano, the chief guest, was the faculty of Allied Health Science at Chulalong Korn University in Bangkok, Thailand. The college CEO and secretary gave the presidential address. Dr. M. Thangavel, Dean of the School of Lifescience, introduced the chief guest to the gathering. The felicitation were given by Dr. H.N. Nagaraja, Executive Director, NGI. The vote of gratitude was given by Dr. N. Saranya, Head, Department of Biotechnology. Dr. Kathirvel, Additional Director, DRDO, BU, CBe., Dr. Chella perumal, Scientist, Chulalong University, Thailand. Renowned scientists from a variety of fields gave talks during these two days of an international conference, while faculty members and students discussed their research and views. Regarding the seminar’s theme, students gave oral and poster presentations. The International Seminar benefits 400 students. On the second day of the validation session, the seminar came to an end.
