The Department of Food Science and Nutrition has organised Training Workshop on Food Safety and Hygiene on 19.02.2024 to 21.02.2024 from 9.30 AM onwards at AIII 55, A block, NASC, T.M.Palayam, Coimbatore. Bins K Thomas, KEFTA Foundation acted as the Resource Person. He enlightened the students on certifications and other norms for an food industry. 41 students of II M.Sc Food Science and Nutrition were benefitted from the programme.
